knowledge of building and engineering system to implement and maintain quality control. CA responsibilities support, such as RFI, shop dwgs etc

ISSUE BID DOCUMENTS

Provide accurate documentation for specific Bid set. Time management skills with a record of meeting deadlines.

BIM (REVIZTO, UNIFI)

Use of Autodesk Revizto for 3D coordination with engineering disciplines. UNIFI plug-in for Revit to excel the use of families and detailing.

BILINGUAL/INTL PROJECTS

Experience on International Projects such as direct client communication, coordination with International Engineering disciplines.

BUILDING CODE ANALYSIS

Follow all applicable building codes during design development throughout project completion. Follow Accessibility code for project coordination.
