The complexity of the Building

With a Project Architect roll on this complex Project, I was able to deliver a high quality end product with problem-identification and solution implementation skills. Execute lead project coordination with team members, introducing detailing design solutions, and meeting deadlines with a tight schedule, surpassing this way, the client’s demands. The challenge of this project is based on the complexity of designing an outdoor plaza and paseo partially over an existing underground concrete structure.

Gramercy Residential-ESG Architecture & Design

Overview

The Gramercy – Safari Phase II project is located in Scottsdale Arizona, with a 272, 928 g.s.f. A 5-story residential apartment building over 1 story underground parking garage. The building will consist of 4 stories of wood framed apartments over 2 stories of concrete framed parking, one of them below grade. The Lobby and leasing will be on ground level. Level 2will contain amenities, apartments, as well as an outdoor amenity terrace. Level 3 4 & 5 will house apartments, support services and amenities. The exterior south elevation has been conceived with a curved envelop, responding to the dynamic landscape design. The enjoyable urban transition for the pedestrians, includes a variety of landscape, hardscape textures along with a structural framing trellis, introducing this way, a dramatic game of light and shades.
