My take on this project was to lead support on a crunch schedule to keep afloat the project Budget, provide the essential documentation in a short period of time, QA/QC the current set for City submittal, develop project documentation and detailing the building envelope.
Project Description
2227 University Avenue is a 5-story mixed – use project with commercial retail space on University Avenue & Residential Units ranging in size from studios to 2-bedrooms. The mixed-use project contains indoor parking, commercial space, residential dwelling units and Amenities for residence.
Exterior perspective
The primary structure of the building is a 1-story precast concrete podium with a 4-story insulated wood framing. the exterior envelope provides materials such as fiber cement panels, burnished block, brick veneer and metal panel siding.
