The building link
The Bonestroo business center its a high standard corporate building located in Roseville MN. The Project design faced a site challenge since the building foundation is located over the property pond, connecting the 2 existing Bonestroo offices.
Bridging the pond by Bonestroo
in 2005 Bonestroo Engineering decided to expand its current offices buildings with the vision to connect the 2 existing buildings. the new link building would be build right above the existing pond, with the challenge of allowing the pond’s water flow.

The four-story building house office spaces, cafeteria, business lounge, conference rooms, boardroom, office support area, maintenance area, service pantry, refresh bar, and amenities including an outdoor amenity area looking over the pond.
