Project Overview – Collaboration
My involvement on this Residential Building Project was to support the coordination for the building design, with all the related engineering disciplines; and the detailing-execution for the core and shell. The Old Hudson Road Project is a 6-story multi-family apartment building located in St Paul, Minnesota with a 150,064 g.s.f, including parking and residential amenities.
Street View
The primary structure of the building is a 2 story precast concrete podium with a 4 story insulated wood framing. the exterior envelope provide a long lasting durable and interesting materials such as fiber cement panels and metal panel system. Level 1 of the building consist of private parking, amenities serving the residential tenants and leasing offices.
Exterior Perspective
1880 Old Hudson Road Apartments is a Multi-Family Apartment Building with 149 Units. The proposed project consist of Studio, One Bedroom and Two Bedroom Units. The building will provide residents with several amenities, such as a large Roof Deck Patio, Fitness Center, Community Room and Club Room, Bike Room, as well as a Lobby space. The Architecture aims to provide a simple modern design.
