A design with a Purpose
With a Project Architect roll I executed team coordination and QA/QC efforts for architectural with engineering disciplines. The University of Michigan Golf Course Clubhouse is located in Ann Arbor , MI. with a purpose to enhance the golfer experience.
Bringing the outside to the Inside
The $15 million, 23,000 s.f. facility will be built in the location of the existing clubhouse. The facility will include a banquet, space, grill, pro shop, office space and a golf cart storage area. A new Letterwinners M club meeting room also will be included.
A modern design Clubhouse
The project will optimize operational functions, increase energy efficiency and include modern banquet facilities for the use by the University community. Originally built in 1950, the existing clubhouse is dated and no longer meets the University’s needs.
