High end Residential Buildings
As part of an ESG collaboration team for the West Lake Quarter Towers project, I was able to identify, detail and coordinate critical areas of the project translating the building design into construction documents using my building system expertise, allowing this way, the constructability of the project. The West Lake Quarter Towers Project, is located near the exclusive area of Lake Bde Maka Ska, between Midtown Greenway and Excelsior Blvd in Minneapolis, MN.
High-rise Towers
The West Lake Quarter Towers will serve its vicinity with a developed complex including a 25-story high rise tower with a post-tensioned structural system, housing 369 residential units, adjacent to a multi-level precast (6 stories) parking garage and 2 additional wood frame residential buildings of 6 stories each. The buildings will allocate a mix used providing restaurants, retail and amenities.
A large complex Masterplan
The complex will be developed in different phases where the High rise tower along with the Parking garage will be build at first, as well as an outdoor amenity terrace to be constructed on the roof of the parking structure. Building C and D will follow with the outdoor plaza connecting all buildings and the existing tower, which will be remodeled with new public areas.
